CarefullyEthics and sustainability
Our corporate philosophy is based on key values such as respect, sustainability, innovation, transparency and customer satisfaction.
Since our founding, we have aimed to create a company in which these values are a source of pride for everyone involved.
For more than 20 years, we have met the environmental standards of ISO 14001/2015 certification and are committed to minimizing emissions and production waste.
At the Novigrad (RC) plant, we installed a photovoltaic system capable of generating 40 KW/H, which significantly contributes to reducing our emissions.
CONFLICT MINERALS
Minerals such as Tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold are now identified as “conflict minerals”. They are needed to make items that we all use on a daily basis: cell phones, tablets, notebooks, cars, airplanes, light bulbs, etc., and some militias and rebel groups such as those in eastern Congo, which have killed more than 5 million people since 1998, finance themselves from the sale of these minerals.
OUR COMMITMENT
HTS’s commitment is to promote responsible sourcing among the suppliers of tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold which operate in high-risk or conflict affected areas. The aim is to reduce the financing of armed groups in those areas with revenue derived from the exploitation of local minerals and break the chain that binds these peoples.
Code of Ethics
This Code is directed to the management, employees, temporary workers, consultants, collaborators in any capacity, suppliers and any other person who may act in the name and on behalf of High Technology Systems in general.
The Recipients, in the performance of their activities, both in Italy and abroad, make the principles of the Code of Ethics their own, drawing inspiration from the values of transparency, impartiality, fairness, legality and professional rigor aimed at preserving the integrity of the company and safeguarding its respectability and image while complying with current regulations.
